Determination for children ready for Pee Wee Level are:
- Can walk around the rear of the horse safely and confidently
- Can lead a horse safely and confidently
- Can mount safely and confidently with supervision
- Can steer solo (or with a little help with obstacles)
- Stop and go without aggressive or jerky reining
