Herd Manager: provides care, support and monitoring of the herd as a group and as individuals and their living environment. Monitors each horse's wellbeing in terms of weight and diet, soundness, health, injuries, workload and psychological wellbeing. Ensures that the barn is cared for and maintained and all necessary inventory is in stock.

Chief Happiness Officer: supports the happiness of employees in a company. They usually report to the owner and are in charge of creating and implementing programs that aim to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
